I am originally from Hordville, NE (North of the
Interstate between York and Aurora) where I grew
up on a family farm.  The operation consists of
mostly irrigated corn and soybeans.  I certainly
learned a lot about the diversity of agriculture when
I married a Panhandle native where farming is so
much different than where I grew up!

I graduated from the University of Nebraska –
Lincoln in May of 1999 with a degree in Agriculture
Economics and an emphasis in Farm and Ranch
Management.  I started as a consultant with
Nebraska Farm Business after graduation and
have also been the executive director since 2002.
I thoroughly enjoy working with clients all across the
state helping to solve their financial needs and best
manage their tax liabilities.

My husband, Anthony and I, have been married
since 1998 and have four very active girls, Taylor,
Natalie, Carly, and Anna at home.
Gary Bredensteiner
In 2002 I retired as director of farm management
operations with the Institute of Agriculture and
Natural Resources, University of Nebraska
Cooperative Extension.

I received my B.S. in agricultural economics from Iowa State University and a M.S. from the University of Nebraska -Lincoln with a major in agricultural economics and a minor in accounting.  In 1989, I completed requirements to practice before the IRS as an enrolled agent.  I have worked in the field of agricultural accounting, analysis, and income tax preparation since 1968.

From 1976 to July of 2002, I was the coordinator of the Nebraska Farm Business Association.  Over the last 30 plus years, I have worked with Nebraska farmers and ranches to provide financial analysis of their operations.

Michelle Greenlee

I am originally from Steinauer, Ne, a small community in the Southeast part of the state. After graduation I left Nebraska and have recently returned “home” to Lincoln.

In 1996, I earned my bachelor’s degree in accounting. I worked for several years as a financial analyst for a manufacturing company, then took a break and became a stay at home mom while my kids were small.  In 2007 I changed directions and went to work for a small public accounting firm doing taxes and bookkeeping.  While there I worked with small business owners, individuals, and farmers.  In July I joined NFBI and am looking forward to helping clients with their financial needs.

I have three children, April, Matt, and Mollie.  I enjoy sewing, reading, biking, traveling, and anything outdoors and adventurous.

Keith Naber

I received a degree in Ag Economics from the University of Nebraska, in May 1973.  My Master’s degree in Ag Economics was earned at Purdue University, in August 1975.  I also took and passed the tests of the State of Nebraska Certified Public Accountant’s Board, in 1989.

I have worked for the University of Illinois as a Farm Business Consultant for 3 years and the University of Nebraska as a Farm Business Consultant for 8 years.  I owned my own Tax Consulting Business for twenty one years working with both farm and nonfarm clients, and joined the team of consultants at the NFB, Inc. in January of 2008.

Anthony Barrett
I am originally from Harrisburg, Nebraska.  That is
the small dot between Scottsbluff and Kimball in the
Panhandle.  I grew up on my family’s farm there.
We grow dryland wheat, proso millet, corn, and
sunflowers.  We also operate a small cow/calf
operation and a back grounding feedlot
in the winter.

I graduated from UNL in August of 2000 with a
Bachelors Degree in Diversified Agriculture.  I
worked two winters for NFBA after graduation.  I
started with NFBI full time in November of 2002.  I
enjoy working closely with clients in their individual
operations.

I have been married to Tina; yes the boss, since
1998.  We have four daughters, Taylor, Natalie, Carly, and Anna that pretty much take up any spare time my family may have.
