in an accurate and timely manner. Each month that we
receive your accounting, we will send you an updated income
statement, balance sheet, and detailed account transaction
summary. All that you need to submit is your bank statement
each month and we will do the rest. By allowing us to do your
books, it frees up your time to concentrate on what is the
most important: your family and your operation. You will also
have the peace of mind that your records are safe with us. We
adhere to one of the strictest Privacy Polic ies in our industry.

At Nebraska Farm Business, Inc. we use the AgChe k
accounting software developed by Redwing Business
Software. and PCMars developed by the Iowa Farm Business
Association. We are a licensed dealer for both of these
accounting software programs, and as such we are able to
offer technical assistance to our members who choose to
purchase the software for their use at home.

If you are like most producers and business owners you
probably dread preparing payroll every pay period. NFBI can
help you with that too! We can do the payroll for you and save
you the headache and lost time associated with preparing
your employees' pay checks. All we need are your employees'
hours and that’s it! We will figure all withholdings, the net
check and even the amount of employer tax deposit that will
be due. To make your life even easier, we can e-mail you the
file and all you have to do is load the checks in your printer
and press the print button.

NFBI is proud to announce our newest service to make our
clients’ lives easier! Our Bill Pay Service gets you out of the
office and back into the fields. With this service you can mail,
fax or e-mail us your bills. We do the accounting immediately
and send you the check file via e-mail or we can print the
checks out for you and mail them to you. All you have to do is
sign the check and send it!
